About the role

As the Business Support Officer, you will assist with the delivery of the administrative service for our agency in Brisbane and will work closely with the teams to ensure that administrative support is of the highest standard and in line with our values, purpose and pledges.

Core Tasks

  • Responsible for the delivery of business and administration services across both the disability and fostering programs within Key Assets Qld.
  • Being the energetic ‘first experience’ for visitors and callers to our QLD offices
  • To undertake administrative and finance tasks – Data entry, database management, monitory staff checks and licences, invoicing, reimbursements, billing, monitoring budgets, Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Liaising with stakeholders of all levels within the business
  • Attend meetings as directed and take minutes as required.

The successful candidate will possess

  • Qualification in Business Administration – Desirable
  • Demonstrated around 3 years experience working in an office environment
  • Excellent computer skills with a good working knowledge of Word and Excel, Outlook and MYOB
  • Possess excellent organisational and communication skills, be a self-starter with a drive to develop their administrative career
  • Hold a current open Drivers Licence and have access to own motor vehicle
  • To satisfactorily complete personal and statutory checks
