About the role 
As an experienced Social Work practitioner you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, assessment and approval of carers with Key Assets. Providing professional consultation to our team of independent social work assessors you will ensure the quality of the organisations assessments is of a high standard reflecting the competence of applicant carers and their suitability to receive a certificate of approval. You will be highly committed, resourceful, work to high standards and be an accomplished communicator. You will also be a self-starter, comfortable with taking initiative, a creative problem solver and you will share your experience with a growing multi-disciplinary team of committed staff.

The post holder will oversee the recruitment, assessment and approval of carers living in NSW. You must be suitably qualified having obtained a social work qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification in the human sciences. Overseas residents must be eligible to work in Australia.  You must also have a full-driving license and be willing to travel throughout the state and interstate to other Key Assets Offices.
