Full time or part time, suitable to new graduates or experienced clinicians seeking a change. Competitive salary rate based on experience up to $110,000 + super + PD and incentives

The successful applicant will receive a sign on bonus which will be applied at the three-month initial probation period.

Allied Outcomes is an allied health not for profit multi-disciplinary NDIS service. With a strong background in disability and therapy, the Service is committed to providing high quality, responsive supports to NDIS participants in their desire to meet their goals.

About the role - You will be client focused and provide evidence based and timely clinical services. You are self-driven and keen to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team. You particularly want to work in a paediatric area.

You will report to the Team Leader, Allied Outcomes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Occupational Therapy services predominantly in 0-18 years age group in the form of tailored therapy services, skill development, sensory intervention, functional assessments, assistive technology assessments and home modifications.
  • Identify participant needs in a person-centred and family centred manner.
  • Reporting, including formal reports, data information and other required information under NDIS.
  • Contribute to ongoing development of clinical OT services in Allied Outcomes in a continuous improvement framework.
  • Contribute to building the service delivery options within Allied Outcomes to ensure that it is the service of choice.
  • Ability to meet reasonable industry Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

You will:

  • Have a Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA
  • Possess a current Blue /Working with Children card and Yellow Criminal History check card, or an ability to obtain.
  • Have a current Drivers Licence and own vehicle (allowances for mileage paid)
