Specialist Support Coordinator – Disability

Full Time/Permanent – Perth, WA

We currently seek a skilled Disability Specialist Support Coordinator to be part of the Key Assets team. You will join an energetic, and highly professional team committed to making a positive and lasting difference to the lives of children and young people. About the role

  • Assist service users in building the skills they need to understand, implement, and use their NDIS plan.
  • Assist service users to manage the challenges in their support environment and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Assist service users to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase their capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently, and be included in their community.

To be successful you will be highly organised and have excellent administrative skills.

The successful candidate will

  • Experience in NDIS reporting – Acquitting Funding Plans and recouping costs
  • Be highly energised and have a passion for delivering a high standard of service
  • Be highly committed, resourceful, possess excellent organisational, admin and communication skills
  • Ensure databases are kept up to date and accurate
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Card and be willing to undergo other statutory checks
