ALLIED OUTCOMES - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST APPLICATION

We seek the services of experienced and appropriately qualified Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists*, Social Workers* and Supports Coordinators*

  • Tools for the role - iPad and Mobile may be provided (depending on position requirements, allowances provided otherwise)

Allied Outcomes – Tailored Therapy Solutions is a new not-for-profit multi-disciplinary service established by a group of very experienced allied health professionals.

About the role - You will provide client focused, evidence based, timely clinical services to people requesting services from Allied Outcomes. You have a contemporary framework in working with people who have disability and can demonstrate relevant experience in providing specialist disability supports. You are enthusiastic about working as a member of a multidisciplinary team, and active in developing and maintaining your skills and knowledge in response to client and service needs as well as your own relevant areas of interest. You are self-driven, and able to be motivated within a flexible working environment.

You will report to the Operations Manager, Allied Outcomes and receive supervision and support from the Lead of your relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide services across the lifespan, primarily for individuals aged 6 – 65 years. You will identify client needs in a person-centred manner
  • Provide relevant practical/consultative services, which may include carer or family support and training in your area of expertise.
  • Reporting, including formal reports, data information and other required information under NDIS, and Child Safety frameworks 
  • Contribute to ongoing development of clinical services in Allied Outcomes in a continuous improvement framework

You will need to bring:

  • Bachelor or Masters in your relevant field, and be registered as a member of the relevant body 
  • Possess a current Blue /Working with Children card and Yellow Criminal History check card
  • Have Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • and have a current Drivers Licence and own vehicle at commencement (allowances paid)
