We currently seek a skilled Disability Key Worker to be part of the Key Assets team in WA Parent and Child Service. You will join an energetic, and highly professional team committed to making a positive and lasting difference to the lives of children and young people. About the role 

As a Key Worker you will provide assistance to our CYPSS team to ensure delivery of the client's individual care plan, assist with the activities in our team of casual support workers and monitor and evaluate their work.

You will need to work within Key Assets policies and procedures and in accordance with child safe procedures. 

 The successful candidate will

  • Posses the relevant tertiary qualifications required for community services support work
  • Be willing to travel and service the Perth Metro areas
  • Be highly energised and have a passion for delivering a high standard of service 
  • Be highly committed, resourceful, possess excellent organisational, admin and communication skills
  • Current Working with Children Card and be willing to undergo statutory checks including the NDIS Workers Screening Check
